These are highlights. It's agreeably surprising that there is not just square meters, it's another environment. You have an absolutely new atmosphere there."
The Residential Complex "Dutch Quarter" is second to none because of the quality of its architectural and planning concepts, construction quality. Within the territory of the residential quarter, they've implemented the "car-free courtyard" concept, thoroughly thought through the creation of living environment (the 50% of the occupied square is landscaped), created custom infrastructure. The architectural solution of a residential complex is distinguished by the variety of shapes, modern stylistics and use of natural materials.
Juliy Borisov, co-founder and chief architect of "UNK project ", says: "From the very beginning, we've had a clear understanding that we should give to the market the best of the possible. We refused the copying of one and the same section and developed 11 ones, with the help of which we can build 5 types of buildings. Combining various decoration materials, windows height and space arrangements, we create an effect of a picturesque real estate development. While creating the project, we were guided by basic principles: children should not fall under the cars wheels, so we separated the roadways from the public zones. Everyone needs communicating, that's why we created special places where people of all ages can come together.
